I'm an out of state buyer who found a truck I liked on DePaula's website. I called and spoke to Josh in Commercial trucks, who quickly negotiated with me for a fair price. I texted him my drivers info and he reserved the truck and called my ins. co for me. I drove with my son the next day, to pay and pick up the truck, and they had me in & out of the dealership and on my way in a 1/2 hour!! They will mail me my plates after dealing with the registry. Couldn't have had a better experience ! There is also a great diner restaurant next door, fyi.

The sales and finance people were all very professional,knowledgeable and friendly. I personally enjoyed my experience at Depaula Ford.

Josh Halse went above and beyond to make sure I got into a new vehicle with the situation I was in. I can’t thank him enough.

I found John to be very helpful and he didn't come off as a normal car salesman which I appreciated greatly. They were willing to work with me around price and were very communicative throughout the process. It was a tough decision to switch from Toyota to Ford but it ended up feeling seamless and John was able to find exactly what I needed. My only complaint would be the push to get everything signed right away, which I do understand why however when you work full time and have kids it is challenging to drop everything, fill things out right away, and then get there to sign. I don't blame John for that as I know he was getting pressure to get it done from above. But something to keep in mind as it could have pushed me to go elsewhere due to feeling overwhelmed.

Nick was so great to work with and so was the manager, Jim. Both myself and my significant other had purchased vehicles within a couple weeks and it was the best experience.

This is my second vehicle they did well the first time and did pretty well the second time thanks for the new truck

Sales and finance personnel in my opinion did an excellent job in providing support, information and guidance in their efforts to make the customer happy.

We appreciated how we were treated. Didn’t feel pressured when trying to make a deal. Really like how they showed us on a chart what monthly payments would be with different down payments and loan lengths. Very happy there were no surprise fees when it came to signing.
