A lot of times the cost is never a big deal and my car is old and it’s an expectation. But as long as someone from the car dealer treats you with respect and professionalism you will surely go back. Love the new showroom but more importantly the staff is very informative in every aspect of the purchase.Our sales person(Hussain Said) made sure everything was in place to shorten our entire time to a half hour before we were given our keys. DePaula Ford does everything right!

Routine maintenance and state vehicle inspection. There was a possibility I needed engine and cabin air filters, but Eddie had the technicians check and it turns out I didn't need to incur that expense this visit. Appreciated that honesty.

This was the fastest and most professional auto purchase I have ever made. It was made possible by Hussain Said being that everything was ready when I got to the dealership.We had several discussions by text message to get the process going and as a result I was in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes.

Service was preformed on time. Car had greasy hand prints on the hood and door afterwards. Mileage was not reset after oil change.

I have had four leases from DePaula Ford/Orange Ford. I have no complaints especially with the service department. Lenny is the best. I don’t know any of the other ones by name but everyone I’ve ever talked to has been very helpful.
It was a very easy sale. I just wish I hadn’t gotten the ceramic coat or undercoating because I didn’t Google it until afterwards and it has bad reviews for the cost of it.

The service department at Depaula Ford exceeded my expectations. These days it seems like great customer service is a thing of the past. Not here! I recently took my truck to Depaula for a recall issue. They not only handled my situation with top-notch service, but the whole staff: Howard (tech), Danny (advisor), and Chance (manager) went completely above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and had any concerns met with professionalism and integrity. I will definitely consider them not only for future service, but for future vehicle purchases. I would definitely recommend them.

Lenny (service) glen in sales are top notch.. care about the customers 1st not just the bottom line. They have a long history w/ the company since it was orange ford. Definitely the only people I like to work with!
Lenny wrote up the work order. He verified why I brought my vehicle in. Checked the recent work done and then explained what items should be addressed. In my case tires. Lenny communicated with me about the State Inspection and the areas I should be aware of. The vehicle was ready at the time he promised. The whole process was uneventful, which was excellent.

He was somewhat helpful. He did not tell me the alignment for tires was extra or give me a breakdown of estimated costs. He indicated I signed the paperwork but there was no total estimate. I admit I didn't read every line but i was also dropping off before work and was already running late. Additionally I am disappointed I purchased an extended warranty for nearly $4000 that has a deductible of $250 and i was charged more on top of that (gap payment?). Not 100% prepared for sale. Very little wiggle room on price. We drove an hour for a vehicle that was advertised at a specific price with 20,467 miles and upon arrival, the mileage was a little over 28,000. (8,000 miles is quite a bit of a difference!) We were told they couldn’t do anything to lower the price and it was human error. No taking accountability except it was an error, or help to make it right.
