A-1 service all the way around, from the beginning, we were a little nervous and a little hesitant, because we were coming from(Maryland)out-of-state. But nevertheless they made every part of every process as smooth and easy as possible. Also, I must admit I was very impressed with from the time we walked into the building. They gave us the white glove treatment, and almost every person I came in contact with knew me by name. That was a nice. I know where I'll be going for our next family vehicle.

We’re on a cross-country trip and I needed an oil change. I was able to stop by their small truck service center with our Ford/Winnebago camper van They were able to perform the service as a walk-in, and had us back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. They have a very friendly staff; we were very pleased with the work.
They got me the car I wanted and repaired any flaws quickly. GREAT GREAT GREAT

Chance met with me and listened to my feedback. Alannah answered my questions regarding the description for the hepa-filter that was printed on my recommendation sheet from Saturday. The team was friendly and courteous.
Went to dealership for Scheduled oil change. The day before my Ranger lost power going around a turn. Last him to have it checked. When I got my truck backed I asked what the problem was and said that I would have to make another appointment. I feel that this was a safety factor.

Interior was a little dirty,something shiny from someones head on drivers head rest and a small clump of something on passenger seat.People were great and they delivered it to our house.Too bad they don't have half stars or i would only deduct 1/2 star since it was minor.
Nick was very clear, with making a deal, very good at negotiating and helping make the truck work (payments and financing wise) for me. They also responded to all text and calls within a timely manner, and communicated perfectly.

Eddy with the service department was super helpful and kept me updated while my car was being worked on.
The process was smooth. I drove my vehicle into the garage and met with someone at the service desk who gave me an approximate time to expect my vehicle back and it was finished about 20 minutes before I expected it to be.
For the 2nd time, my tires were rotated and the pressures not adjusted Causing the TPMS to show an alert And for the 2nd time, grease smears were left on my truck.
Ultimately, my concern was resolved without excessive expense despite the unusual and unacceptable wait time. This dealership in general is highly recommended by this customer. Always polite, considerate and fair.

We were traveling when our check engine light came on, and this team took excellent care of us from the moment we arrived. We were towing a fifth wheel, and they helped us find a safe place on their property to store it while they worked on our truck. They also directed the other campers in our group to a place where they could safely wait with their campers, which made a stressful situation so much easier.
