The left hand doesn’t seem to know what the right hand is doing. My new truck came with a defective Tonneau cover and based on comments the dealership knew it was defective when it was installed. When I came in for the appointment, no body new why I was there, then after the parts were ordered the was still confusion as the team thought I was installing it. As typicall, efficient, polite, and professional. Knowledge of the requirements needed for my vehicle. Apologies for delay waiting for delivery of parts.
Nice atmosphere, sales team was nice to work with and made the effort to make you feel like you were being taken care of. John F. Was great to deal with. The maintenance crews are great, they have a nice area for waiting and the services team is very welcoming and helpful.
I was a little nervous about buying a vehicle out of state without seeing it first, but these guys were great. Everything was as they said and Nick was great walking us through the whole process. They were very efficient from start to finish. From the time our flight arrived, and they picked us up at the airport was only 2 1/2 hours and we were on the road for our 12-hour drive home. Couldn't ask for more personable people to work with.

It was a great experience. I had a scheduled appt for a New York State inspection. Upon arrival, I was told it would take 2 & 1/2 hours. I told them I would have to reschedule the inspection because I could not wait that long. They completed the inspection within 40 minutes.
I found the experience from start to finish to be very professional. I would also like to mention I felt like the trade-in value was very fair along with the incentives. It made the trip from East to Long Island well worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or the people I dealt with if ever I was asked. Regards, Steve

I bought 4 new Michelin premium tires for my 2024 Maverick with the 4th tire for just $1. I thought the price charged was reasonable as these tires are rated for 85,000 miles and included mounting, balancing and alignment. Also, a multipoint inspection was performed. Allanah, the Service Advisor who assisted me was very helpful and efficient. The replace/service time she quoted to me as I was waiting was accurate. The waiting area is a nice, clean and relaxing space.

I lost my car suddenly and went to my regular “go to” -DePaula. I had already looked online so I had an idea of what I wanted and my salesman, Nate explained both cars to me and got them out for a test drive immediately. I loved the Bronco and he wrote it up and did all the paperwork. I was able to get it in the afternoon- seamless sale!

Was told the work would be done in 2 hours while I waited. After 2 hours and 45 minutes I went to service rep to ask about the progress. They were still waiting to hear back from Ford about the warranty and were looking for a part. No one kept me informed. I had to leave and was told they would call the next day. No one ever called.
