Very friendly staff but seem to have a disconnect with customers after a sale. I had to wait for my bronco sport ordered car for 6 months and never really heard from them unless I called them for updates. Also once it finally did come in and I went to finish paperwork the sales woman was very confused with her technology and went in circles a few times. Car stuck at dealership several days longer than expected due to "shipping backlog" with parts. Will also need to go back again to finish the service I originally scheduled due to said shipping issues. Scheduled service appointment took nearly twice as long as stated by service employee, but work (oil change) was completed as desired. My initial experiences with service have not endeared me towards wanting to return — the only reason I do is my car is under warranty.
